....Moving onto the Review!
The Super Sizer Fibers Mascara: 3.5 out of 5
Pros: Rather impressed with the lengthening, does not smudge, long lasting, layers decently
Cons: Not impressed with the volume, lashes can look spidery or clumpy
In conclusion... Their main claim of volumizing and lengthening 400% is not incredibly accurate, at least not for me. I'm no scientist and I don't measure my eyelash lengths, but if I had to take a guess, I would say 200% is a more accurate percentage. It seems to work better as a lengthening mascara rather than volumizing. I tend to use this particular mascara with other mascaras I like because the result on its own was lacking for me. This is a mascara I would use for a more natural look. When I think of fibers, I tend to think of a more falsie look. I was slightly disappointed. The wand is unique and practical. Will still occasionally use!
The Perfect Point Plus Eye Pencil: 3 out of 5
Pros: Richly pigmented, nice color selection, has a nice smudger on the end
Cons: (I am biased since I much prefer liquid or marker eyeliners) not very creamy, too much pull on the eyelid, would 100% struggle making a wing with this (I didn't even try).
In conclusion... I will probably not use this. I don't like how it is perpetually flat, I much prefer a pointed tip. It was very nicely pigmented, but I think there are many affordable eyeliners that have that much pigment but are also smoother to apply. I will need to watch some youtube videos to see how others apply a wing with this because I never really see people apply a wing with a pencil liner.
